Well, I'll bear it in mind.

I'm a bit uncomfortable calling this blog a 'forum': I think it's too much of a vehicle for my idiosyncratic thoughts to provide a evenly footed place for lots of people to discuss poetry. The slam group on Facebook might be more suitable perhaps?

have to sorta agree - maybe a band + poetry is too much, certainly one of the few annoying things about the front is that it is not very large, and so bigger audience is not always better. Better fewer, but better?
I would like to see some music folk who are able to doodle ad libitum while other folk declaim.
I know the link from my site don't generate much traffic - cause no one visits me either :-)
And to end 'tis a shame this forum is not used to generate more discussion about art and poetry et alii

Not sure - could be busyness, could be apathy, could be not many people actually visiting the blog!

That's a pretty difficult question! Perhaps you could talk to other people at the slam and find out what they like or don't like?

The June slam was a great one, with a large and appreciative crowd. I look forward to the July 31 slam, though as usual I am dubious about the inclusion of a band. Why am I about the only one who ever comments? What else can I do to make the slam better than ever?
