I rate it 4.5 out of 5. (It couldn't be 5/5 because I was in it! ) Seriously, it was all I wanted the Poetry Slam to be; a great crowd, no extraneous 'music', some really good poems and poets, people passionate about poetry. Keep it like this and you'll be needing a new and bigger venue! The visiting poets were exciting, and I was highly impressed by those who can recite their work by heart! I could never do that. Good work all round from the organisers. The June slam last night was great! I rate it 4.5 out of 5.
